Stainless Steel Pneumatic Flange Ball Valve

    Pneumatic flange ball valve is a ball valve with a pneumatic actuator. The execution speed of pneumatic actuators is relatively fast, and workers do not need to do it themselves, which saves human resources and time to a large extent. Pneumatic flange ball valve is evolved from the globe valve. It has the same rotary 90 degree lift action, except that the cock body is spherical and has circular through-holes or channels through its axis. The proportion of the sphere and the passageway should be such that when the ball is rotated 90 degrees, the sphere should be all present at the inlet and outlet, thus cutting off the flow.

Pneumatic Ball Valve:

(1)Floating pneumatic ball valve

     The ball of the pneumatic ball valve is floating, and under the action of the medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly on the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure that the outlet end is sealed.

(2)Fixed ball pneumatic ball valve

     The ball of the pneumatic ball valve is fixed and does not move after pressure. Fixed ball valves are equipped with floating seat, under the pressure of the medium, the seat is moved, so that the sealing ring is firmly pressed on the ball to ensure sealing. Bearings are usually installed on the upper and lower shafts of the ball, and the operation torque is small, suitable for high pressure and large diameter valves.

(3)Elastic ball pneumatic ball valve

     An elastic sphere is an elastic groove opened at the lower end of the inner wall of the sphere to obtain elasticity. When the channel is closed, use the wedge head of the stem to expand the ball and press the seat to seal. The wedge head is loosened before the ball is turned, and the ball is then restored to its original shape, so that there is a small gap between the ball and the seat, which can reduce the friction and operating torque of the sealing surface.
