Quarter-turn Double Acting And Single Pneumatic Actuator

     Pneumatic valve actuator with compressed air as the power, is to open and close pneumatic ball valve, pneumatic butterfly valve, pneumatic gate valve, pneumatic globe valve, pneumatic diaphragm valve, pneumatic control valve and other pneumatic series of angular stroke valve driving device. The pneumatic actuator adopts a new type of rack and pinion transmission mechanism,which combines the latest pneumatic actuator technology and application material.

     When the compressed air enters the pneumatic actuator, the gas pushes the double piston to the two ends in a straight line movement, the rack on the piston drives the gear on the rotating shaft to turn 90° counterclockwise, and the valve is opened. At this time, the gas at both ends of the pneumatic actuator pushes the double piston to the middle in a straight line with the gas of the B tube nozzle, and the rack on the piston drives the rack on the rotating shaft to rotate 90° C clockwise, and the valve is closed. At this time, the gas in the middle of the pneumatic actuator is discharged with the A nozzle.
